Rita received her Bachelor of Science in Information Systems, from George Mason University, and has spent over 25 years managing federal sales and federal operations for software companies, primarily in the field of enterprise search.

She enjoys emerging technologies and the rewarding experience of helping the United States Government. Her professional experience includes Convera, Autonomy, Cassatt, NetBase and, as of February 1, 2010, Expert System.
